Comprehensive Ranking System
The Express Entry system of Canada uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) for ranking skilled workers. Each candidate is given a score based on factors like work experience, education, and language skills. A professional immigration advisor can assist you in building a profile for Express Entry and provide valuable guidance to enhance your score.
What is the Functioning of the CRS?
The CRS aims to evaluate each applicant by awarding points for different factors. During the selection rounds under Express Entry, individuals with the highest scores are invited to apply for Permanent Residency.
The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) frequently holds these draws, which are crucial. To increase the chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA), aim to achieve the highest CRS score possible because the Express Entry system is highly competitive.
