Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) now accepts the CELPIP Test for applying for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). Students can utilize their CELPIP results for the PGWP.
Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
Graduates of DLI colleges and universities can obtain useful Canadian work experience through the Post-Graduation Work Permit. You must fulfill specific eligibility requirements to apply for the PGWP. These include finishing your studies at an approved school, continuing to be enrolled full-time, and applying for the PGWP within 180 days of finishing your course of study.
Validity of CELPIP Test
Your CELPIP results are good for two (2) years after the date of your score report if you are applying for the PGWP or using them for other applications like permanent residency, express entry, or Canadian citizenship.
